Ingredients
- 6 c. zucchini
- 5 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 (6 oz.) box peach or apricot jello
Method
- Mix zucchini and sugar together well and boil for 6 minutes. Add pineapple and lemon juice and boil for 10 minutes.
