Ingredients
- zucchini
- chopped small. onion
- chopped small. cheddar cheese
- cubed or shredded. fresh michigan tomatoes
- chopped small. can of tomato paste. can put other vegetables also. (mushrooms
- peppers
- or any of your gardens fresh selection)
Method
- place all ingredients in heavy foil and place on grill. low heat is better. when cheese is melted and veggies steamed put in bowl and enjoy. If you have a grilling pot you may also use it.
