Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. chopped carrots
- 1/2 c. onion
- 4 c. cubed zucchini
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
Method
- Saute butter, carrots, onion and zucchini until tender. Pour into
- baking
- dish.
- Add mushroom soup and sour cream and mix. Top
- with
- buttered
- croutons
- and bake
- at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
