Ingredients
- 2 whole (medium) Zucchini, Rinsed Well
- Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Using a mandoline, finely slice zucchinis.
- Place into a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over zucchini slices, and toss gently to coat.
- Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder and gently toss again.
- Transfer to a nonstick sheet pan, laying slices in a single layer.
- Bake 14 minutes until done.
- We like ours a bit crispy!
- We love to dip these in homemade Sriracha ranch dressing.
