Ingredients

  • 4 c. fresh squash, cooked
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
  • dash pepper and garlic salt
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  • In shallow baking dish, place squash with onion and tomato arranged on top. Sprinkle bouillon cube and seasonings over top. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until onions and tomatoes are done. Sprinkle cheese thickly over top and return to oven for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
