Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Method
- Mix together the yeast and hot water.
- Stir in salt, sugar and eggs.
- Add flour, one cup at a time.
- Add vegetable oil.
- Spoon into 12-hole greased muffin pans 3/4 full.
- Let raise.
- Bake at 350° until brown on top.
