Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can yellow hominy
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- pepper to taste
- approximately 2 c. milk (to cover)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Drain vegetables and put in saucepan with butter, pepper and milk.
- Bring to a slow simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to vegetables.
- Simmer slowly until thickened, stirring frequently.
