Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
- 1/4 c. salad dressing
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Method
- Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt.
- Drain thoroughly.
- Place in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Mix soup with shredded cheese.
- Add milk, salad dressing and beaten egg to soup mixture.
- Stir until well blended.
- Pour over broccoli. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle evenly over mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
- Serves 6.
