Ingredients
- 2 cups Cubed Watermelon, Seeds Removed
- 10 leaves Mint
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar Or Honey (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Rock Salt
- Ice Cubes, As Needed
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds, For Garnish
Method
- Add watermelon and mint leaves to the blender and blend until smooth. Add cumin, sugar, lemon juice, rock salt, ice cubes and blend again to mix well.
- Serve in a glass and garnish with chia seeds.
