Ingredients

  • 1 whole Frozen Waffle
  • 1 teaspoon Butter Or Smart Balance Spread
  • 2 Tablespoons Chunky Unsalted Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Or Less Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Good Quality Maple Syrup Or To Taste
  • 1 dash Cinnamon, Or To Taste

Method

  • Toast your waffle according to package instructions, to a nice golden brown. Spread the butter or Smart Balance spread on top. Smear the peanut butter on top of that. Sprinkle with chia seeds. Pour on the maple syrup and finish with a shake of cinnamon. Serve immediately with some good hot coffee and enjoy!
