Ingredients
- 1 lb processed cheese, cut up
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chiles in adobo, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
Method
- Mix pasteurized cheese and peppers in 2 quart microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Serve with assorted veggies or chips.
