Ingredients
- 2 bags frozen broccoli (12 to 16 oz. pkg.)
- 1 bag frozen cauliflower (12 to 16 oz. pkg.)
- 1 bag frozen green beans (12 to 16 oz. pkg.)
- 2 (8 oz.) bags low-fat grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
Method
- Mix cans of soup with skim milk.
- In the bottom of a greased casserole dish, spread a layer of vegetables.
- Cover with soup mixture and grated cheese.
- Continue this procedure with alternating layers of vegetables, soup and cheese.
- Finish with the soup and cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
