Ingredients

  • 2 bags frozen broccoli (12 to 16 oz. pkg.)
  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower (12 to 16 oz. pkg.)
  • 1 bag frozen green beans (12 to 16 oz. pkg.)
  • 2 (8 oz.) bags low-fat grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup

Method

  • Mix cans of soup with skim milk.
  • In the bottom of a greased casserole dish, spread a layer of vegetables.
  • Cover with soup mixture and grated cheese.
  • Continue this procedure with alternating layers of vegetables, soup and cheese.
  • Finish with the soup and cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
