Ingredients

  • 3 cans Biscuits
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cups Chopped Onion
  • 3/4 cups Chopped Pepper (green Or Red)
  • 3/4 cups Chopped Celery
  • 1/2 pounds Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
  • 3/4 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a large bowl.
  • Saute onions, peppers, and celery in butter for about 10 minutes. Do not drain.
  • Mix veggies, cheese, and bacon with quartered biscuits.
  • Spoon into bundt pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Invert onto a serving plate, and enjoy!
