Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. real butter
- 2 to 3 tsp. vanilla
Method
- In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Gradually stir in water.
- Boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until thickened.
- Add remaining ingredients and spoon hot over pudding.
