- 1 can cut green beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can pitted, ripe olives
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can bean sprouts (optional)
- 1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. fines herbes
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. capers
Method
- Combine vegetables and pour remaining ingredients over all. Refrigerate overnight.
