Ingredients
- 4 c. crushed peeled figs (use metal blades of food processor)
- 1 box (1 3/4 oz.) Sure-Jell
- 1 c. Karo (white) syrup
- 5 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Mix crushed fruit and Sure-Jell and let stand 20 minutes.
- Add Karo syrup and stir well.
- Add sugar and stir thoroughly.
- Place in containers and freeze.
- Good on biscuits, toast or as a topping for ice cream.
