Ingredients
- 32 ounces mango juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 lime, halved
- 1/4 cup packed of fresh mint
- 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or 2 1/2 cups chilled sparkling water, chilled
- lime slices and mint (to garnish)
Method
- Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Cool. Remove and discard lime and mint. Thoroughly chill for at least 1 hour.
- Stir in Champagne or sparkling water before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish, if desired.
