Ingredients

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle vodka, preferably swedish
  • 12 cup fresh red currant
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle vodka, preferably Swedish
  • 4 teaspoons coriander seeds, toasted
  • 4 slices lemon zest, preferable organic
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle vodka, swedish
  • 1 cup unpitted cherries, preferably Morello
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Method

  • RED-CURRANT SCHNAPPS:.
  • Combine vodka, currants and mint in a large wide-mouth jar.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 week, or up to 1 month.
  • Serve cold.
  • LEMON-CORIANDER SCHNAPPS:.
  • Combine vodka, coriander, and lemon zest in a large wide-mouth jar.
  • Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least 3 days, or refrigerate up to 1 month.
  • Serve cold.
  • CHERRY-CINNAMON SCHNAPPS:.
  • Combine vodka, cherries and cinnamon in a large wide mouth jar.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 days or up to 1 month.
  • Serve cold.
