Ingredients
- 1 (750 ml) bottle vodka, preferably swedish
- 12 cup fresh red currant
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 (750 ml) bottle vodka, preferably Swedish
- 4 teaspoons coriander seeds, toasted
- 4 slices lemon zest, preferable organic
- 1 (750 ml) bottle vodka, swedish
- 1 cup unpitted cherries, preferably Morello
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Method
- RED-CURRANT SCHNAPPS:.
- Combine vodka, currants and mint in a large wide-mouth jar.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 week, or up to 1 month.
- Serve cold.
- LEMON-CORIANDER SCHNAPPS:.
- Combine vodka, coriander, and lemon zest in a large wide-mouth jar.
- Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least 3 days, or refrigerate up to 1 month.
- Serve cold.
- CHERRY-CINNAMON SCHNAPPS:.
- Combine vodka, cherries and cinnamon in a large wide mouth jar.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 days or up to 1 month.
- Serve cold.
