Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar (X 2)
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar (X 2)
Method
- Beat egg whites first until stiff as possible, but not dry. Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
- Beat until like whipped cream.
- Follow the same with the yolks.
- Mix together with a spoon.
