Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
- grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Heat oven to 450°.
- Mix all ingredients, except butter and Parmesan cheese, until stiff dough forms.
- Turn dough onto surface, well dusted with baking mix; gently roll in mix to coat. Shape into ball; knead 10 times.
- Roll out 1/2-inch thick.
- Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter, dipped in baking mix.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 1 dozen biscuits.
