Ingredients
- zucchini, cut in chunks
- green peppers, chopped
- 1 small hot pepper
- green beans
- kolbassi
- tomatoes
- mushrooms
- 2 lb. oleo
Method
- Put oleo in large pan.
- Cut up all vegetables except tomatoes. Cook until nearly tender, turn off heat.
- Cook kolbassi separately and add to vegetables.
- When ready to eat, heat up and add tomatoes.
