Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. pumpkin puree
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream together the cream cheese, margarine and sugar.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
- Mix in pumpkin.
- In another bowl, combine all 7 ingredients.
- Stir until well mixed. Pour, all at once, over batter.
- Stir just enough to moisten. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes, or until done.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan.
- Remove to rack to finish cooling.
