- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 lb. melted margarine or butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
Method
- Mix ingredients together and place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted margarine on top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
