Ingredients

  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. sherry wine
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 lemon, squeezed for juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. powdered ginger
  • Accent (optional)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
  • Let set for 1 hour. Add chicken, beef or other meat and let marinate overnight.
  • This recipe is for 2 chickens.
  • Use 1/2 recipe for 1 chicken.
  • After chicken is marinated, bake in 350° oven until tender, approximately 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
