Ingredients
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. sherry wine
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 lemon, squeezed for juice
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. powdered ginger
- Accent (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
- Let set for 1 hour. Add chicken, beef or other meat and let marinate overnight.
- This recipe is for 2 chickens.
- Use 1/2 recipe for 1 chicken.
- After chicken is marinated, bake in 350° oven until tender, approximately 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
