Ingredients
- 4 medium Yukon Gold or Red Potatoes
- 1 lb. boneless/skinless Chicken Breast cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup prepared Teriyaki Sauce
Method
- Cut potatoes into thin wedges.
- Microwave 10-12 minutes or until tender.
- While potatoes cook, in a large skillet or wok toss and brown chicken in oil and Mrs. Dash over high heat for 5 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
- Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add onions and teriyaki sauce; toss until heated through. Yields 4 servings.
