Ingredients

  • 4 medium Yukon Gold or Red Potatoes
  • 1 lb. boneless/skinless Chicken Breast cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup prepared Teriyaki Sauce

Method

  • Cut potatoes into thin wedges.
  • Microwave 10-12 minutes or until tender.
  • While potatoes cook, in a large skillet or wok toss and brown chicken in oil and Mrs. Dash over high heat for 5 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
  • Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add onions and teriyaki sauce; toss until heated through. Yields 4 servings.
