Ingredients
- 2 inch ginger root
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. catsup
- 4 oz. sherry
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
Method
- Crush ginger root and garlic.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and blend into a sauce.
- Soak meat in sauce overnight. Best meat to use is tenderloin or rib eye, sliced thin.
- This will soak about 5 to 6 pounds of meat.
