Ingredients
- 3 slices cucumbers
- 6 medium mint leaves
- 1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 ounce ginger simple syrup
- 3 ounces tequila revolucion 100 proof silver tequila
- 1 ounce club soda
Method
- Lay 1 cucumber slice and half the mint leaves in the bottom of an old fashioned glass.
- Add the lime juice and ginger simple syrup and muddle the mix together.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the tequila and stir to combine.
- Top with club soda and garnish with remaining cucumber slices & mint leaves.
