Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. boneless pork loin
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Place pork in pan with lid.
- Sprinkle pork heavily with Worcestershire sauce.
- Turn it over and sprinkle other side.
- Take brown sugar and rub against meat to make a brown crust.
- Pour apple juice in bottom of pan, not over meat.
- Cover and place in oven.
- Bake about 10 minutes on 400°, then turn down to 200° and bake for 4 hours.
