Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. boneless pork loin
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Place pork in pan with lid.
  • Sprinkle pork heavily with Worcestershire sauce.
  • Turn it over and sprinkle other side.
  • Take brown sugar and rub against meat to make a brown crust.
  • Pour apple juice in bottom of pan, not over meat.
  • Cover and place in oven.
  • Bake about 10 minutes on 400°, then turn down to 200° and bake for 4 hours.
