Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. salt
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- food coloring
Method
- Cook 3 minutes to the consistency of mashed potatoes.
- Turn out on waxed paper to cool.
- Knead a bit.
- Store in a plastic bag or other airtight container.
- The cream of tartar gives this mixture a "bounce!"
