Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1-1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tsp. WYLERS Instant Bouillon Chicken Flavored Granules
  • 1/8 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, corn, red peppers)
  • 1 can (12 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, coarsely flaked
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 4 cups (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS

Method

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  • Add celery and onions; cook 3 to 5 min.
  • or until celery is crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Blend in flour.
  • Gradually stir in milk; cook 2 min.
  • or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Add bouillon, dill weed and pepper; mix well.
  • Bring to boil, stirring constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min., stirring frequently.
  • Add frozen vegetables, tuna and lemon juice; mix well.
  • Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with TATER TOTS.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min.
  • or until pie is heated through and TATER TOTS are golden brown.
