Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken
  • 12 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • garlic powder
  • 12 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • bow tie pasta
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning mix

Method

  • Boil bow tie pasta according to package.
  • Cut chicken & season with salt & pepper.
  • Stir fry chicken in olive oil with 1 garlic bulb mince & Mrs.
  • Dash.
  • In other pan, heat 1/2 cup olive oil, peppers, 1 minced garlic bulb, onion and 1/2 tea Mrs.
  • Dash.
  • Once cooked, add to chicken.
  • Set on low fire.
  • Add pasta & top with parmesan cheese.
