Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 slice Ham
- 1 Green pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 shake Umami seasoning
Method
- Dice the green pepper and ham into 5 mm cubes.
- Mix together with the other ingredients.
- Heat oil in a tamagoyaki pan (egg fryer) and cook the egg mixture from step 1.
