Ingredients
- 3 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large box Velveeta
- 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 1 large bag of Tostitos bite size tortilla chips
Method
- Brown ground chuck; drain all grease.
- Add taco mix, salsa and cheese cut into small chunks.
- Heat until cheese is melted stirring frequently so not to burn cheese.
- Serve with chips.
