Ingredients
- 2 qt. chopped green tomatoes
- 2 qt. chopped green peppers
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. mixed pickling spice (in bag)
Method
- Bring to the boiling point and cook slowly 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the spice bag.
- Makes 4 pints.
