Ingredients
- 5 medium yams
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. Pet milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 5 eggs
- 4 frozen pie shells
Method
- Boil yams until fork pierces easily; peel.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Add a little more sugar and nutmeg to suit your taste.
