Ingredients
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix the flour and sugar and make a hole in the middle.
- Mix the shortening, butter or margarine, vanilla and egg and cut in with 2 knives or with a pastry cutter.
- (May add a little water, if needed.)
- Roll.
- Place over tops of cups and roll to fill cups. Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Fill with cream filling. Place a strawberry on top.
