- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 10 ounces grape jelly
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix first 9 ingredients together, shape into 1 inch balls. Place into baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until brown. Remove from oven, pour off fat.
- Heat together the chili sauce and jelly, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
