Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces chili sauce
  • 10 ounces grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Mix first 9 ingredients together, shape into 1 inch balls. Place into baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until brown. Remove from oven, pour off fat.
  • Heat together the chili sauce and jelly, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
