Ingredients
- sliced raw apples or canned
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. pecans
Method
- Fill pie pan 2/3 full of apples.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top of apples.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over apples.
- Bake at 350° until golden brown (at least 40 minutes). Delicious served warm with ice cream.
