Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) orange jello
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice, add water if needed
- 3 carrots, finely grated
- 1/3 c. pecans, finely chopped
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- Bring water to a boil.
- Pour over jello.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add pineapple, pineapple juice plus water, carrots, pecans, salt and lemon juice.
- Pour into an 8 x 8-inch container. Refrigerate.
