Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Maxwell House Cafe, Suisse Mocha Instant Coffee Beverage Mix, divided
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 18 soft ladyfingers
- 3 cups cold skim milk, divided
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
Method
- Dissolve 1 Tbsp.
- instant coffee in hot water; drizzle over ladyfingers.
- Line bottom and side of shallow 1-L bowl with ladyfingers.
- Blend 1/2 cup milk, cream cheese spread and remaining undissolved instant coffee in blender until smooth.
- Add dry pudding mixes and remaining milk; blend 2 min.
- Carefully pour into lined bowl; top with Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
