Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Maxwell House Cafe, Suisse Mocha Instant Coffee Beverage Mix, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. hot water
  • 18 soft ladyfingers
  • 3 cups cold skim milk, divided
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

Method

  • Dissolve 1 Tbsp.
  • instant coffee in hot water; drizzle over ladyfingers.
  • Line bottom and side of shallow 1-L bowl with ladyfingers.
  • Blend 1/2 cup milk, cream cheese spread and remaining undissolved instant coffee in blender until smooth.
  • Add dry pudding mixes and remaining milk; blend 2 min.
  • Carefully pour into lined bowl; top with Cool Whip.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours.
