Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat eggs, sugar and oil until creamy.
- Add vanilla and flour. Roll into balls.
- Place on lightly greased pan.
- Dip bottom of glass in sugar.
- Flatten cookies slightly.
- Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes or until light brown.
