Ingredients
- 1 lb. (36) small white mushrooms (dry)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 slices American cheese, broken in pieces
- 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
Method
- Beat cream cheese and American cheese until blended.
- Add bacon and onion.
- Mound in mushroom caps.
- Let set in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350° (do not overbake).
