Ingredients
- 1 doz. quail or dove, deboned
- 6 slices bacon
- jalapenos
- cream cheese
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Method
- Lay breasts out flat.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place 1 sliver jalapeno and a "dab" of cream cheese in the middle. Fold breast over.
- Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around bird.
- Secure with several toothpicks.
- Cook on grill until done.
