Ingredients
- 6 large green peppers
- 5 c. boiling salted water
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2/3 soup can water
Method
- Cut a thin slice from stem end of peppers.
- Remove all seeds and membranes; wash insides and outsides.
- Cook peppers in boiling water 5 minutes; drain.
