Ingredients
- 2 c. pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oleo, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Method
- Combine pretzels, sugar and oleo.
- Press mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes, cool.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar thoroughly; fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread mixture onto cooled crust; let set 1/2 hour.
- Dissolve jello in hot water, add strawberries and stir until well blended.
- Pour over cheese layer. Chill until set.
