Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed pretzels (large sticks)
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Method

  • Mix pretzels, melted butter and sugar and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Bake 7 minutes at 400° and cool.
  • Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust. Dissolve Jell-O in water.
  • Add strawberries and pineapple.
  • Chill slightly and pour over cream cheese mixture.
  • Chill.
