Ingredients
- 2 c. crushed pretzels (large sticks)
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Method
- Mix pretzels, melted butter and sugar and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 7 minutes at 400° and cool.
- Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust. Dissolve Jell-O in water.
- Add strawberries and pineapple.
- Chill slightly and pour over cream cheese mixture.
- Chill.
