Ingredients
- 2 c. crushed pretzels
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. hot pineapple juice
- 1 pt. slightly thawed strawberries
- 2 c. whipped topping
Method
- Mix melted margarine, 3 tablespoons sugar and pretzels together.
- Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cool.
- Blend cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add whipped topping and mix well.
- Spread over pretzel mixture.
- Refrigerate.
- Mix jello in pineapple juice until dissolved and add strawberries.
- Spread over cream cheese and chill overnight.
