Ingredients
- 9 ounces strawberries hulled and sliced
- 7 ounces smoked salmon sliced
- 6 ounces mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup mint leaves loosely packed
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- crusty bread to serve
Method
- Place the strawberries, smoked salmon, salad greens and mint in a large bowl.
- Whisk oil and vinegar in a small bowl and season to taste.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine. Serve with crusty bread.
