Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 12 cups muesli with strawberry and yogurt
  • 1 12 cups rice bubbles or 1 12 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 34 cup slivered almonds
  • 12 cup dried strawberries, chopped
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 180 g white chocolate, broken

Method

  • Lightly spray a 27mm x 17mm pan with oil and line with baking paper.
  • Combine muesli, rice bubbles, coconut, almonds and strawberries in a large bowl.
  • Place milk and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  • Stir over low heat until chocolate has melted.
  • Pour chocolate into dry ingredients, mix until then press into prepared pan.
  • Chill for 2 hours until firm.
  • Cut into bars.
