Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- chopped onion (optional)
- 1 can biscuits (Ballard)
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
- Add mushrooms with juice and mushroom soup; heat until bubbly.
- Add 1/2 sour cream.
- Heat, but do not boil.
- Add 1/2 onion rings.
- Blend and place in a casserole, about 8 x 8-inch.
